Access data in Apache Hive through S3 protocol ( #847 )

Access Apache Hive installed on S3 through hadoop-aws client. The user needs to specify the three parameters fs.s3a.access.key、fs.s3a.secret.key and fs.s3a.endpoint in the core-site.xml of FE and BE. If we find that the read performance cannot meet the demand, we can directly access through the native S3 client.

This PR is to solve the compiling problems of thirdparty libraries on ARM architecture(aarch64), including the following modifications.
1. Add a new crc_hash functions to be compatible with aarch64
2. Add a new download link of hadoop for aarch64
3. OpenJDK for aarch64
4. correcting Apache Arrow 5.0.0 building option
5. Use CDN to improve the download speed of third-party libraries
6. Change oracle release repository to download sleepycat-7.3.7
