Nikolaus Rath e910453156 Disable buflimit workaround by default. 
The corresponding bug in OpenSSH has been fixed in
2007 (cf. https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=365541#37), so this shouldn't
be needed anymore.
